By accessing this website and using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Age restriction

All events are strictly 21+ years of age. Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence) is mandatory for entry. VNH Events reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot verify their age.

2. Guestlist & booking

Securing a guestlist spot via this platform does not guarantee entry. Entry is subject to venue capacity, guest behaviour, dress code compliance and venue management decisions.

3. Cover charges

Cover charges displayed are estimates per person/ticket. Actual charges may vary based on event, time of arrival and venue pricing. Final pricing is confirmed at the venue entrance. No advance payments are collected via this platform.

4. Dress code

All events enforce a smart casual or formal dress code. Flip-flops, sleeveless vests, shorts or torn clothing may result in denied entry.

5. Responsible behaviour

All guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully. VNH Events reserves the right to remove or deny entry to individuals displaying disruptive, intoxicated or offensive behaviour without refund.

6. Privacy & data

Personal information provided during booking is used solely for guestlist management and event communication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

7. Photography & media

Events may be photographed and recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your likeness potentially appearing in VNH Events promotional content.

8. Cancellations

VNH Events reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or modify any event due to unforeseen circumstances. Guestlist spots cannot be transferred.

9. Liability

VNH Events is not responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage that occurs at venue premises. Guests attend events at their own risk.
