1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to manage your booking: your name, phone number, email address, group size and arrival time. We do not collect payment information on this platform.
2. How we use your data
Your details are used solely for guestlist management, booking confirmation and occasional event updates from VNH Events & Entertainments. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
3. Sharing with venues
Guest names may be shared with the partner venue's entry team for the specific event you booked. Nothing beyond what's required for entry is shared.
4. Photography & media
Events may be photographed and recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your likeness potentially appearing in VNH Events promotional content.
5. Communication preferences
You can opt out of event updates at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or emailing vnheventsentertainments@gmail.com.
6. Data retention & security
Booking records are retained for accounting and repeat-guest recognition. Access is restricted to authorised VNH team members.
